Tug of War Studio · Make it yours

Make the battle feel like your stream.

Your community already has its own jokes, teams and favorite colors. Bring a little of that into the battle.

Give viewers a side to pick

Use team names that mean something to your chat. Keep them short enough to read at a glance, especially for people watching on a phone.

Choose the supported gifts for each team and set the scoring to suit the kind of round you want to run.

Choose how the score moves

The app includes Territory Fill and Moving Marker. One shows the teams taking up space as the score changes. The other shows a marker moving between the sides.

You can choose a flag or ring marker. Try the options in the app preview and pick the one your viewers will find easiest to follow.

Match your colors without hiding the score

Change the rope and panel colors, adjust how much shows through the background, and choose the text and display size.

Give the team names and scores enough contrast to stand out. A color that looks good on its own can be hard to read over a busy game or camera view.

Leave room for the rest of your stream

Check the display in your actual streaming layout. Keep faces, captions and important parts of the game visible.

If you can, look at your stream on a phone too. Team names should still be readable without making the battle take over the screen.

Change the pace when you are ready

The Experiences page includes options such as Double Points, Critical Hit and Gold Rush. Battle Director can add variety to the round.

Try a simple battle first so you know how scoring feels. The History page lets you look back at previous battles and supporter activity afterwards.

Keep these handy.
