Yes. For TikTok LIVE, use TikFinity or BetterTok to connect your chat. For Twitch, connect your account inside StreamSpark. If you only stream on Twitch, you do not need TikFinity.

No. The published app can suggest memories for you to review, and you can add them yourself. You choose which details to keep. Connected chat can also be stored on your computer, separately from the memories you choose to save.

Yes. Ask StreamSpark, Community, Companion, Hands Free, Live Coach, Conversation Rescue, Calendar, Wrapped, and the updated memory workflow are part of StreamSpark 1.3.0.

Yes. In People, choose the other account and confirm that they belong to the same person. A matching name does not link accounts automatically.

Yes. Keep it open and connected to receive chat and show your saved details. You can still look through saved memories in People between streams.

They are stored on your computer. Smart Memory Understanding is an optional setting that sends the text being reviewed and a little related information to an online service for help understanding it. It starts turned off, and Local Only mode keeps it off. Our privacy page has the details.

Choose a product and complete checkout through Stripe. Your Activation Key is shown once the order is ready and sent by email. Tug of War Studio is a lifetime purchase. StreamSpark offers monthly and annual subscriptions after a free trial.

It is the key that unlocks your purchase. Enter it the first time you launch the app, and keep it somewhere safe — you will need it again if you reinstall Windows.

Paid StreamSpark access supports two PCs. Complimentary Partner access and Tug of War Studio support one PC. Reinstalling or updating on that same PC does not use another activation.

Downloads are free and public. The Activation Key unlocks the software, not the download, so you can reinstall any time without asking us for a link.

You do not need a Vibey account to activate the desktop app. StreamSpark subscribers can open the secure Stripe billing portal with their email and Activation Key.

Sales are generally final once a license has been activated. If you hit a verified technical issue we cannot resolve, we will review your request under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

It turns supported TikTok gifts into a battle between two teams. You choose the gifts, control the score settings and put the battle display on your stream.

A Windows computer, Tug of War Studio open during your stream, and a supported gift connection such as TikFinity. Add the battle display to the software you stream with, such as OBS or TikTok Studio.

Yes. Change the team names, colors, background and text size. You can also choose how progress moves and fit the display around your stream.
