These terms cover the Vibey website and the products sold through it. Buying a Vibey product means you accept them.
Using the site
Use the site to learn about Vibey and our products. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or infringe anyone’s rights.
Purchases and licenses
Vibey products are digital software, delivered instantly. Payment is processed by Stripe. After a completed purchase you receive an Activation Key, and the product must be activated the first time you launch it.
Paid StreamSpark access activates up to two PCs. Complimentary Partner access and Tug of War Studio activate one PC. Revalidation or an update on the same PC does not consume another activation.
Prices are shown on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. Your Activation Key is yours — do not share, resell, or publish it.
StreamSpark plans
New direct subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. A valid active StreamSpark Partner code extends the trial to 14 days. The selected monthly or annual subscription begins automatically after the trial unless cancelled.
StreamSpark Partner Program
Applications require manual approval. Approved, active partners earn 35% to 50% on eligible collected StreamSpark subscription revenue, based on their current active paying referral count. Each payment uses the rate in effect when that payment succeeds. Previously earned commission is not rewritten when a tier changes.
The earning window lasts up to twelve calendar months from the referred customer’s first eligible paid subscription charge. Its end is exclusive. A trial does not start the commission window, and cancellation or resubscription does not restart it. Free trials, complimentary access, failed payments, expired customers, fully refunded payments, chargebacks, taxes, and self-referrals do not count as active paying referrals or commissionable revenue.
Approved partners receive complimentary StreamSpark access for one PC while active and approved. It requires an online check at least every seven days and ends on the next validation or expiry after membership ends. Separately purchased StreamSpark access remains valid under its own terms. Commissions clear the existing 3-day hold, with manual Monday payouts and no payout minimum. Existing accounts, codes, earned balances, and payout history are preserved.
Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, sales are generally final once a license has been activated. If something does not work, contact support first and give us a fair chance to fix it. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
Availability
We aim to keep everything running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, compatibility, and system requirements can change as products evolve.
Platform relationship
Vibey is independent and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by TikTok or any other platform. You remain responsible for following the rules of any platform you stream on and for your own content.
Intellectual property
The site, product names, code, design, and original materials belong to Vibey or its licensors. Buying a license grants you the right to use the software, not to copy, redistribute, or modify it.
Your legal rights
Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Where that law requires something different, it applies.
