StreamSpark · Sync between PCs
Keep your viewer memories on both PCs.
StreamSpark 1.3.1 adds optional sync for one community. Paid access supports two PCs. Each PC keeps its own database and can be offline while you use the other.
For the Windows app · Current download 1.3.6
First PC: start where your memories are
Install the latest StreamSpark. Open Settings > Sync between PCs, name this PC and choose your community. Click Turn on sync and wait for Synced.
Click Save connection file. Move that file to your other PC using a USB drive or a private transfer. Keep it private: it contains the key to your synced memories.
Second PC: open the connection file
Install StreamSpark and activate with your existing paid Activation Key. Open Settings > Sync between PCs. Name this PC and choose a community, or Create a new community on a fresh installation.
Click Open connection file and select the file from your first PC. Do not click Turn on sync first on this PC. Wait for Synced, then open People and check a saved memory. The connection file works once within seven days. Delete both copies after setup.
Check it in both directions
Save a test memory on the first PC. Click Sync now under Manage sync on both PCs and check it on the second. Edit that memory on the second PC, sync both again, and check the first.
Your PCs do not need to be online together. Changes catch up when each reconnects. If both PCs edit the same item while offline, one complete version wins deterministically; separate new memories are kept. Avoid editing the same item on both PCs until they have synced.
What follows you
People and linked handles, saved memories and their archive state, birthdays and other saved facts, dated memory occurrences, notes, tags and follow-ups sync for your selected community.
LIVE sessions, activity totals, pending suggestions, connection credentials, local settings and other communities stay on their own PC. Sync does not start chat connections or duplicate LIVE activity. Back up each PC if you want to protect its complete history.
Pause, remove or recover
Manage sync lets you pause, resume, sync now, rename a PC or remove a connected PC. Pausing preserves local memories. Removing sync access does not free a license activation slot; contact support when replacing an activated PC.
Keep using Backup & Restore. After restoring a backup, disconnect and pair again to merge safely. A connection file is not a full backup. If every PC loses its sync key, the service cannot recover encrypted memories; use your local data or backup and contact support to reset the abandoned sync group.
TikTok connections
TikTok LIVE connects through TikFinity or BetterTok. Direct TikTok sign-in is not available. Twitch connects directly inside StreamSpark. Configure chat connections separately on each PC.
