Yes. For TikTok LIVE, use TikFinity or BetterTok to connect your chat. For Twitch, connect your account inside StreamSpark. If you only stream on Twitch, you do not need TikFinity.

No. The published app can suggest memories for you to review, and you can add them yourself. You choose which details to keep. Connected chat can also be stored on your computer, separately from the memories you choose to save.

Yes. Ask StreamSpark, Community, Companion, Hands Free, Live Coach, Conversation Rescue, Calendar, Wrapped, and the updated memory workflow are part of StreamSpark 1.3.0.

Yes. In People, choose the other account and confirm that they belong to the same person. A matching name does not link accounts automatically.

Yes. Keep it open and connected to receive chat and show your saved details. You can still look through saved memories in People between streams.

They are stored on your computer. Smart Memory Understanding is an optional setting that sends the text being reviewed and a little related information to an online service for help understanding it. It starts turned off, and Local Only mode keeps it off. Our privacy page has the details.

You get an Activation Key on the order page when your purchase is ready, and we email it to you too. Download the app, open it on your Windows computer and enter that key.

Yes. You can buy on your phone and install later on your Windows computer. The app itself does not run on a phone or Mac.

Paid StreamSpark access supports two PCs. Activate with your existing key, then use Settings > Sync between PCs to connect your memories. Complimentary Partner access is limited to one PC. Contact support if you need to replace an activated computer.
